We are currently seeking a
Technical Support Staff / Tester (m/f)
Independent Contractor Position

You will be the first point of contact for email support requests from our English-speaking customers. You will reproduce reported problems, prepare support tickets for our developers, and test tentative solutions. You will also be involved in the maintenance of our website and producing documentation.

You must have an excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, including the ability to express yourself idiomatically. Substantial experience with personal computers and the Internet is required. You can efficiently manage commonly used software, and quickly find your way around software that is new to you. A basic knowledge of software development and web programming would be an asset. You must be able to work independently and enthusiastically to support our customers.

We're also seeking a
PDF Specialist

Very good understanding of the PDF specification and PDF technologies required. Ideally with basic knowledge in Delphi and OOP.
